Terms & Conditions – Premium India Tours
Last Updated: 14 April 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services arranged by Premium India Tours, including hotel bookings, transport, guided tours, safaris, and related arrangements. We request travellers to read this page once before confirming their itinerary so everything remains clear from the beginning.
1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Premium India Tours
- “Client” refers to any traveller booking or enquiring about our services
- “Services” include hotels, transport, sightseeing, guides, safaris, and all travel-related arrangements
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from our side
- Traveller details (names, ID, passport info) must be provided correctly at the time of booking
- Requests such as specific rooms, early check-in, or adjoining rooms depend on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed
During peak travel seasons in India such as Diwali, Christmas–New Year, festivals, and long weekends, availability changes quickly until bookings are fully confirmed.
3. Payment Terms
- An advance payment (generally 40%) is required to initiate bookings
- Balance payment is payable before travel or as mutually agreed
- Bank transfer and approved online payment methods are accepted
- Bank charges, conversion fees, or transaction costs are borne by the client
- Prices may change if there are revisions in taxes, fuel costs, or supplier rates
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be shared in writing (email or WhatsApp message confirmation).
- 30 days or more before travel: Refund after deducting supplier and handling charges
- 15–29 days before travel: Partial refund depending on hotel and service confirmations
- Less than 15 days before travel or no-show: No refund applicable
Some services such as safaris, luxury trains, festival events, and peak-season hotels are non-refundable once confirmed, as per supplier policies.
Safari permits in India are government-controlled and usually cannot be modified or refunded after booking.
5. Amendments & Changes
- Travel routes may change due to weather, road conditions, festivals, or operational reasons
- If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, we arrange a suitable alternative of similar category
- Post-confirmation changes may involve additional charges from suppliers
- Last-minute changes during travel depend on real-time availability on the ground
In regions like the Himalayas or during monsoon season, timing adjustments may sometimes happen due to natural conditions.
6. Role & Responsibility
We coordinate with independent service providers including hotels, drivers, guides, airlines, and local operators. While we carefully select partners, services are ultimately delivered by third parties, and some factors remain outside our direct control.
7. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Travellers must carry valid passports, visas, and required travel documents
- Visa approval and entry eligibility remain the responsibility of the traveller
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for medical, cancellation, and delay coverage
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party services.
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Loss of luggage or personal belongings
- Illness, injury, or travel disruption during the trip
- Service interruptions due to external conditions
In all cases, our responsibility is limited to the value of services booked through us.
9. Force Majeure
We cannot be held responsible for changes or cancellations caused by situations beyond control such as natural disasters, weather events, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or political disturbances.
10. User Conduct
- Correct information must be provided at the time of booking
- Misuse of website or booking process is not permitted
- Fraudulent activity or unsafe behaviour may result in cancellation
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.
11. Pricing Errors
In rare cases of technical or supplier pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct or revise the booking cost before confirmation.
12. Intellectual Property
All content including itineraries, branding, images, and text belongs to Premium India Tours and may not be copied or reused without permission.
