2. Booking & Confirmation

• All tour proposals and itineraries are indicative and subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send written confirmation..
• Special requests (e.g., hotel category, room type, dietary needs, accessibility) should be communicated in advance.

3. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment is required to secure your booking..
• The balance must be paid prior to the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing..
• Fees such as credit/debit card or bank processing fees may apply..
• Prices may be adjusted due to changes in taxes, fuel costs, hotel tariffs, or supplier charges..

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, depend on supplier policies (hotels, airlines, safaris, etc.). General guidelines:

• 30+ days before arrival: Refund of advance payment minus non-refundable charges..
• 15–29 days before arrival: Partial refund, subject to supplier rules..
• Less than 15 days / no-show: No refund.

5. Amendments & Changes

• Minor changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, safety, or local regulations..
• We may substitute services with alternatives of similar standard if needed..
• Major changes requested by the client after confirmation may incur additional costs.

6. Role & Responsibility

• Premium India Tours acts as an arranger and agent for hotels, transport, guides, and other suppliers. We are not directly responsible for their acts, omissions, or service quality.

7. Travel Insurance & Documents

• Travel insurance is mandatory and must be obtained by the traveller before arrival. Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health documentation. We are not liable for denied entry or related delays..

8. Health, Safety & Conduct

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions at booking time. Participation in activities is at your own risk. We may terminate a tour without refund for behaviour that endangers others or disrupts the journey

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions.

10. Liability & Limitations

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from external circumstances beyond our control. Travellers are responsible for their belongings at all times. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service.
