These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Premium India Tours, a bespoke travel brand operated by Premium India Tours (hereinafter referred to as “Premium India Tours”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By confirming a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Premium India Tours

Premium India Tours specializes in bespoke, private, and tailor-made journeys across India, including customized itineraries, private transportation with drivers, hotel reservations, guides, and related travel services. Premium India Tours operates as a brand of Premium India Tours.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All tour proposals and itineraries shared are indicative and subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Premium India Tours.
  • Any special requests (hotel category, room type, dietary needs, accessibility, etc.) must be communicated in advance and will be accommodated on a best-effort basis.

3. Payment Terms

  • A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm any tour or service.
  • Balance payment must be completed prior to tour commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Credit/debit card payments may attract a payment gateway or bank processing fee, which will be informed in advance.
  • We reserve the right to revise prices in case of changes in government taxes, fuel costs, hotel tariffs, or supplier charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to supplier policies (hotels, airlines, trains, safaris, cruises, etc.). The following is a general guideline:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: Refund of advance payment minus non-refundable supplier charges, bank fees, and administrative costs.
  • 15–29 days before arrival: Partial refund after deducting confirmed supplier cancellation charges.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival / No-show: No refund.
  • Certain services such as luxury hotels, special trains, air tickets, safari permits, and peak-season bookings may be 100% non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days.

5. Amendments & Changes

  • Minor itinerary changes may be required due to weather, road conditions, safety, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Premium India Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, transport, or services with alternatives of a similar standard if required.
  • Any major changes requested by the client after confirmation may result in revised pricing.

6. Role & Responsibility

  • Premium India Tours acts as a travel arranger and booking agent for hotels, transport providers, airlines, railways, guides, and other service suppliers.
  • We are not the direct provider of these services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service failures.

7. Travel Insurance & Documents

  • Travel insurance is mandatory and must be arranged by the traveler prior to arrival.
  • Travelers are responsible for possessing valid passports, visas, permits, and health documents.
  • Premium India Tours is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or losses due to improper documentation.

8. Health, Safety & Conduct

  • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.
  • Participation in activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
  • Premium India Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a traveler’s behavior endangers others or disrupts the journey.

9. Force Majeure

Premium India Tours shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

10. Liability & Limitations

  • Premium India Tours shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, baggage, and valuables at all times.
  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Premium India Tours for the affected service.

11. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Premium India Tours / Premium India Tours.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
  • External website links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

12. Complaints & Feedback

  • Any issues during travel must be reported immediately to allow resolution on the spot.
  • Post-tour complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of tour completion.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Premium India Tours or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
