
Terms & Conditions – Premium India Tours

1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Premium India Tours
- “Client” refers to any person booking or using our services
- “Services” include all travel arrangements such as tours, hotels, transport, and guides
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation
- Special requests will be handled on a best-effort basis
3. Payment Terms
- Minimum 40% advance required
- Balance must be paid before tour start
- Prices may change due to taxes, fuel, or supplier charges
- Payment gateway fees may apply
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
- 30+ days before arrival: Refund after deducting service & supplier charges
- 15–29 days: Partial refund based on confirmed bookings
- Less than 15 days / No-show: No refund
Note:
Certain services (luxury hotels, flights, safaris, peak season bookings) may be 100% non-refundable.
5. Amendments & Changes
- Itineraries may change due to weather, safety, or operational reasons
- Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible
- Client-requested changes may incur additional cost
6. Role & Responsibility
Premium India Tours acts as an intermediary for third-party providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.) and is not responsible for their acts or service failures.
7. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Valid passport, visa, and documents are the client’s responsibility
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Injury, loss, delay, or damage
- Third-party failures
- Events beyond our control
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Provide false information
- Misuse the website
- Attempt fraud or unauthorized transactions
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in such cases.
11. Pricing Errors
In case of pricing or system errors, Premium India Tours reserves the right to cancel or revise bookings.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Premium India Tours. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
13. Complaints
Any issues must be reported during the trip. Post-tour complaints must be submitted within 14 days.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
