Shahpura Bagh is Situated at midway between Jaipur and Udaipur. Shahpura Bagh was the summer residence of the rulers of Shahpura. The 30-acre estate was granted by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to Rajadhiraj Suraj Mal, Rana Pratap's grandson in 1630 AD for successful military campaigns against the Marathas and Afghans. Shahpura Bagh is now converted in to heritage hotels and offers five beautiful appointed suites and four double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, all combine to make the Bagh a perfect retreat. How to Reach By Air: The nearest airports are Jaipur and Udaipur, both about 210 km from Bhilwara, in opposite directions.
By Rail: The nearest railhead is Bhilwara but Ajmer (120 km) is better connected from the rest of the country. Take the Ajmer Shatabdi from Delhi which takes 6 hours and offers a comfortable journey.
By Road: If you are driving from Delhi, the journey will take about 8 hours. Reach Jaipur from Delhi on the NH 8. After crossing Jaipur, switch to NH 79, just short of Ajmer, at Nasirabad. Drive on and turn towards Bhilwara at Gulabpura.
